Our Action Framework

UNC Greensboro’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusive Excellence Action Framework and Roadmap guides campus efforts to address racial inequality and promote equity, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals and groups that are marginalized.

Anti-Racist & Anti-Bias

Anti-racist training provides education about systemic racism and empowers us to identify the sources and tactics of resistance to dismantle racism and to discuss the stages and characteristics of anti-racist organizational development.

Resources, Education & Training

Education and training promote engagement and self-awareness, knowledge growth and learning, and workforce development. An anti-bias approach fosters positive relationships and an inclusive environment for all members of the community.

Best Practices

Inclusive, just, and equitable processes within organizations are promoted by intentional policies, management of best practices, and data-driven results to sustain desired outcomes: access, opportunity, and excellence.
