The UNCG Diversity Dashboard Series is an important interactive tool that provides disaggregated equity, access, and climate indicators for faculty and staff. A custom, user-driven, intersectional analysis tool is also available.
Equity, diversity, and inclusion are actionable values. Inclusive, just, and equitable outcomes are promoted by good management, data-driven best practices, and intentional policies.

Using a boutique approach, the UNCG Diversity Dashboard Series increases our knowledge about the strengths and challenges in areas of race and gender equity; equity diversity, and inclusion; campus climate, and may inform strategic priorities and action.
